On December 7, Quality Brands Protection Committee of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (QBPC) Chemical IWG held a lunch meeting. IWG Coordinator Weihao GU from Thermo Fisher Scientific moderated the event participated by fourteen representatives from ten member companies.
This is the last offline IWG meeting this year. The participants shared the latest developments and discussed the issues of common concern. Furthermore they studied a trade secret case and shared experience of trade secret administrative/criminal enforcement actions as well as discussing the trade name infringement and relevant practices.
