QBPC at INTA 2024 Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia, USA

During International Trademark Association (INTA) 2024 Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia, QBPC hosted a reception workshop on May 18, and a joint discussion with INTA on May 20.

QBPC Chair Michael Ding summarized and shared latest IP protection status in China by referring to QBPC 2023-2024 Top 10 cases which included criminal action, civil litigation and administrative enforcement against counterfeiting. He appreciated all the strong support to QBPC by member companies’ headquarters and looked forward to working with all stakeholders to continue fostering better IP legal business environment in China.

During the Annual Meeting, QBPC set a booth and interacted with representatives from member companies including Apple Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Caterpillar, CHANEL, Estée Lauder, HUGO BOSS, Major League Baseball, NBCUniversal, Wahl Clipper, Walmart, etc.
