On October 23, QBPC Vice Chair Ji Ying hosted Mr. Xavier Ragot, Group General Counsel & Global Data Protection Officer of Christian Louboutin, and his colleague Mr. Kenny Ren, Legal Manager of IP Portfolio and Risk Assessment, at QBPC Office.
Ji Ying briefly introduced QBPC organizational structure, priorities, and key projects. Xavier Ragot and Kenny Ren explained the main focuses of Christian Louboutin’s brand protection work and their ongoing cases in China. The two parties then talked about the bonding points if Christian Louboutin could join the QBPC, and the company’s successful experience which could be shared with other QBPC members.
