BASCAP initiated a survey to evaluate the effectiveness of online platforms against the set of Best Practices. On behalf of BASCAP, QBPC would like to convey the survey to all members to invite you to provide your views on the effectiveness of measures to remove fakes across some of the world’s major online platforms. The survey is based on BASCAP’s Best Practices for Removing Fakes from Online Platforms, which were developed through extensive research and suggestions put forward by brand owners since publication of the March 2015 BASCAP Report: Roles and Responsibilities of Intermediaries – Fighting Counterfeiting and Piracy in the Global Supply Chain.
