Recently the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) issued the Interim Provisions, which aimed at encouraging innovation, standardizing competition, strengthening the protection of consumers' rights and interests, enhancing platform responsibility and optimizing law enforcement case handling as well as clarifying legal responsibilities.
