On March 30th, Quality Brands Protection Committee of China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (QBPC) Food Beverage & Alcohol IWG held the first lunch meeting this year in Nansha. As the meeting moderator, Alice Li (Moet Hennessy) introduced the upcoming events and encouraged the member companies to participate. Member companies TWE, Anheuser-Busch InBev and Unilever attended the meeting. The participants reviewed the work of the IWG in Y2022, discussed the work plan for Y2023, shared the problems and areas of concern, exchanged opinions on parallel import and IP protection on e-platforms, discussed and worked out the Specific Internet Platform Issues Survey. During the meeting, the plan for a potential cross-IWG workshop in the second half of 2023 was also discussed.
