QBPC Co-Organizes Seminar on Trademark Law and Anti-Unfair Competition Law

On September 24, Shanghai Trademark Association, Beijing Junstra IP Development Center, QBPC and some other IP institutions co-organized a seminar on the trending and difficult issues right holders faced when practicing the Trademark Law and the Anti-Unfair Competition Law. Participants discussed issues such as bad faith registration of trademark, judicial and enforcement practices since the revision of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law and the difficulties and challenges companies had faced. QBPC Legal Committee Vice Chair Amily Chen and Patent and Innovation Committee Vice Chair Frank Liu joined the discussion and spoke before the audience. Some 40 QBPC members joined the seminar.
