Create Time:2023-05-12

On April 6, Quality Brands Protection Committee of the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (QBPC) held the Intellectual Property Enforcement Skills Training and Exchange Meeting with Shenzhen Customs.

The meeting was organized and moderated by Jessica Li, QBPC Customs Committee Chair. Representatives from 15 QBPC member companies made presentations on brand introduction, key points on counterfeit identification, requirements for certification photos as well as case study of customs seizure. Some right holders displayed authentic products side by side with the counterfeits on site and exchanged with Customs officials, which effectively improved officials’ awareness of IPR protection and brand identification capabilities. 106 frontline inspection and case handling officials from Shenzhen Customs and its affiliated Customs participated in this exchange meeting.
